There are three bedrooms at Seymour Heights, two are doubles and one is a twin.
How many bathrooms does Seymour Heights have?
There are two bathrooms at Seymour Heights. On the first floor there is a good sized family bathroom at Seymour Heights, which is fitted with a roll top bath, a walk in shower and a WC. The second bathroom is an en-suite shower room attached to the ground floor double bedroom.
Is Seymour Heights all on one level?
No, Seymour Heights has two levels, as well as a set of steps leading from the car park to the cottage.
Is a cot supplied?
A travel cot is available upon request at no additional charge. Please note cot linen is not supplied.
Is a high chair available?
Yes a high chair can be requested at no additional cost at the time of booking or when paying the balance.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, two well behaved dogs are welcome and charged at an additional £50. Dogs are to be kept downstairs and off the furniture.
What is the garden like, is it enclosed?
Seymour Heights does not have a garden, however, it has a paved patio surrounded by a flower bed and enjoying some stunning sea views.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes bed linen (not cot linen) and towels (not beach towels) are supplied.
Is there off road car parking?
There is off road parking for three cars.
Is heating and electricity included?
Yes heating and electricity is included in the price.
Is there WiFi?
Yes WiFi is available and included in the price.
What appliances are provided in the kitchen?
In the kitchen you will find an electric oven with hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility room.
How far to the beach?
Woolacombe beach is around a mile away. You can reach the beach by walking down Sandy Lane, however, please note the walk does involve a hill.
How far to the nearest pub?
There are a few good pubs locally. Those in Woolacombe are about a mile away.
Where is the closest shop?
There is a small village shop in both Woolacombe and Mortehoe. For a large supermarket there is Tesco in Ilfracombe, which is a four mile drive.
Can you walk to the beach?
It is possible to walk to Woolacombe beach, however, it is a trek back that involves a hill, which may not suit families especially those with small children.
How do we book?
You can book Seymour Heights either via our website, by email or by calling 01271 377 432. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking with the outstanding balance due eight weeks prior to arrival.
What is the refundable security deposit?
A £400.00 refundable security deposit is taken with the balance to cover any potential damage during your stay. All being well this is returned to you within seven working days of your departure.
Is there a charge for bringing a dog?
Yes, there is a £50 charge.
How can we pay - do you accept cards?
You can pay for your booking at Seymour Heights via credit/debit card, PayPal, online bank transfer or cheque.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.
Are short breaks available?
