Seymour Heights is a stunning, newly renovated Victorian, three bedroom house in Woolacombe, North Devon. This stunning family and couple friendly holiday home sleeping up to six has been tastefully decorated throughout and enjoys some of the best sea views in the area. The bright and spacious house is open all year round and is happy to welcome one dog.
On arrival at the property, guests can take advantage of the large off road car parking area before making their way down the steps to the main entrance.
The open plan living area is beautifully decorated and oozes charm and style. The large patio windows combined with the skylights allow lots of light into the room and the sea views are simply breathtaking.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard featuring an electric oven, hob and grill, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Central to the kitchen is the handy, combined breakfast bar and central island.
At the heart of the living area and enjoying stunning sea views is the dining area. The large contemporary style table comfortably seats up to six and is suitable for all occasions.
Near the main entrance to the house is a useful utility room, which also doubles up as a cloakroom. The utility room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a WC and a sink.
The final section of the living area is the comfy lounge. The lounge has two large sofas, as well as a useful storage table and a wall-mounted TV.
The ground floor bedroom is a good sized double with a king-size bed. This large bedroom is perfect for couples with the benefit of a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite bathroom, which is fitted with a walk-in shower, complete with two shower heads, a WC and a wash basin.
The stunning first floor bedroom enjoys sea views and is wonderfully spacious. The king size double bed is accompanied by a wardrobe, a handy chair and a chest of drawers.
Alongside the first floor double bedroom is a tastefully decorated twin. The bedroom, which has two full size single beds is ideal for either adults or children.
The first floor family bathroom has been finished to a very high standard. The bathroom has been fitted with a large bath, a walk in shower, a wash basin and a WC.
Accessed via sliding patio doors in the living room is the paved patio area complete with garden furniture and firepit BBQ. This lovely, sunny, outdoor space has spectacular views stretching out over Woolacombe Bay towards Baggy Point and beyond. Not pictured, the patio now has a glass fence.
