The open plan living area is beautifully decorated and oozes charm and style. The large patio windows combined with the skylights allow lots of light into the room and the sea views are simply breathtaking.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard featuring an electric oven, hob and grill, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Central to the kitchen is the handy, combined breakfast bar and central island.
At the heart of the living area and enjoying stunning sea views is the dining area. The large contemporary style table comfortably seats up to six and is suitable for all occasions.
Near the main entrance to the house is a useful utility room, which also doubles up as a cloakroom. The utility room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a WC and a sink.
The final section of the living area is the comfy lounge. The lounge has two large sofas, as well as a useful storage table and a wall-mounted TV.

Accessed via sliding patio doors in the living room is the paved patio area complete with garden furniture and BBQ. This lovely, sunny, outdoor space has spectacular views stretching out over Woolacombe Bay towards Baggy Point and beyond.
